The LINQ Hotel and Experience Las Vegas

I was wondering if the correct formal name for this property was LINQ or The LINQ... it's actually "The LINQ Hotel + Experience." Originally the "Flamingo Capri", the name was changed to Imperial Palace in 1979, then changed to "The Quad" in 2012, then changed again to The LINQ in 2014. We stayed here in December 2024, it was nice. The best change they made over Imperial Palace is that they removed the doors between a bunch of the adjoining rooms in order to create double sized rooms that have 2 bathrooms and 2 televisions. Here's a video tour of the room we had. It was a "District 3" King Suite. The property is divided into three "districts", #1 being closest to the check in area, #3 being furthest from the check in area, but it didn't seem to be any more or less convenient to be in a certain district. Harrah's is directly to the north, Flamingo is directly to the south.

Check in was fast and easy at a selve serve kiosk. We were unable to figure out how to make their text messaging app order room service, however. After we gave up and went to the lobby to get food, I notice that the televisions have a room service ordering interface. The LINQ is a Caesars Entertainment property and the text messaging app seemed to think that we were in Caesars Palace.
