Paris Las Vegas

We stayed at the Paris Las Vegas resort in August 2007. The cab driver told us to say "Pareeee" because Paris sounded similar to Bally's. But since Bally's is now the Horseshoe, you can say Paris. There's an actual reproduction of a Parisian village that connects Paris to Horseshoe. The Venetian, Rio Suites and New York, New York are the only other casino resorts in Las Vegas that try to capture the essence of a specific city. They all do a fairly good job.

Room 3344 in Paris Las Vegas as it appeared in 2007. Paris opened in 1999 so it was still fairly new and high priced in 2007. We didn't get a fancy big room.

A fountain outside the Paris, and part of the casino, as they appeared in 2003.

Night and daytime views of the Paris pool in 2005. We had a room at Bally's (now Horseshoe) at the time. Since the properties are connected, we spent time at both.
